Jiangdang Township

Sangzhuzi District of Shigatse City governs the township. Jiangdang township was established in January 1960. When the district was withdrawn to build a township in 1988, two townships originally belonging to Jiangdang District merged to form Jiangdang township. It is famous for its Xigaze peace airport.

Nongri Village

It is located in the east of the urban area, on the South Bank of the Yarlung Zangbo River, about 45 kilometers away from the urban area. It covers an area of 325.54 square kilometers and has a population of 5946 (2017). National Highway 318 passes through.
