Evolution of organizational system

Yizi township was established in 1950 and renamed Hongguo town in 1992.

On February 28, 1999, the Ministry of Civil Affairs (Minfa No. 16) approved the cancellation of Panxian special zone and the establishment of Panxian County, with the former administrative region of Panxian special zone as the administrative region of Panxian county. Pan county government will be relocated from Chengguan town to Hongguo town.

On July 2, 2013, the provincial government (qianfuhan No. 153) approved the establishment of Yizi street and Hanlin street from Hongguo town. The areas under the jurisdiction of Hongguo Town, Yizi street and Hanlin Street are as follows: Hongguo town governs Zhongsha village, Xiasha village, Shele village, Zhichang village, nuwan village, yueliangshan community and Pingchuan community; Yizi Street governs Shijiazhuang village , Xipu village, Dahai village, Shangjie village, Yizi community, Baiyan community, Donghe community, Hongguo community, and the sub district office is located in Yizi community; Hanlin sub district governs huajiazhuang village, Shapo village, JIUPU village, Huatun village, Xiaoguan village, oulangpu community, Yingxu community, Cuiping community, and the sub District Office is located in Shapo village. Panzhou municipal government is located in Yizi street.

On June 4, 2015, Hongguo town was abolished and Hongguo street was set up. Hongguo Street governs the original Hongguo town area, and the street office is located in yueliangshan community.
