Zhengk ē zh è n, located in the southwest of Liuzhi Special Economic Zone, is 64 kilometers away from the government of Liuzhi Special Economic Zone, adjacent to Langdai town in the East, Guanling in the south, Shuicheng in the west, Qinglong and Pu'an in the north, covering an area of 186.8 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages, 1 neighborhood committee, 104 villager groups, 5051 households and 19278 people. There are 7 ethnic groups including Buyi, Miao, Yi and Gelao. The total population of ethnic minorities is more than 85%.

On March 27, 2015, the provincial government (qianfuhan No. 59) approved to cancel Langdai town and douque Township, and set up new Langdai Town, GuanZhai town and Yaozhen town.
