Shangluokema Township
Shangluokema township is under the jurisdiction of Luhuo County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. Shangluokema township is located in the northeast of the county, 28 kilometers away from the county. It covers an area of 389.83 square kilometers and has a population of 2679 (2017). It has jurisdiction over four village committees: Jiayi, xueruo, xuetama and watama.
Historical evolution
Before liberation, it was under the jurisdiction of gengpi rocoma chieftain; in 1960, it was set up in rocoma township.
economic development
Shangluokema township is mainly engaged in animal husbandry, producing butter, meat, cattle, sheep skin and wool. There are Cordyceps, Fritillaria, notopterygium and other precious medicinal materials and precious animals such as Swertia deer.
