Bamei town

Bamei town is under the jurisdiction of Daofu County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. Bamei town is located in the southeast of the county, 78 kilometers away from the county. It covers an area of 281.3 square kilometers and has a population of 5487 (2017). Sichuan Tibet highway transit. It has jurisdiction over eight village committees and one neighborhood committee, including Qu'er, Heya, zhimaitong, Shajiang, Shaowu, Zhonggu and xiawasi. It used to be the residence of qianning county government.

Located in the heart of Kangba, Bamei town is the hub connecting kangdong, Kangnan and Kangbei, and the gateway to eight counties of Ganzi North Road. It is also the important node of the two-hour tourism economic circle around Gongga Mountain and the West Tourism Ring Road of Sichuan Province, and the starting point of Kangba cultural tourism line. Huiyuan township was established in 1948; township was renamed in 1957; commune was changed in 1960; Daofu county was transferred in 1978; township was restored in 1984; town was established in 1992.

Bamei town mainly produces highland barley and wheat. Cattle and sheep are the main animal husbandry. The mineral resources include lithium, lead, zinc and gold.

Moshi Park

China Moshi park is located at the junction of Kama village and Zhonggu village, Daofu Bamei Town, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is located in the core area of national highway 318, the most beautiful landscape Avenue in China. It is close to Danba Meiren Valley, Kangding Xindu bridge, Yajiang Kangba Hanzi village and other famous scenic spots. It is about 6km away from Bamei town and 400m beside Sichuan Tibet highway. It covers an area of 5 square kilometers and is about 3500 meters above sea level. It is the transfer station from the conch at the top of Shangri La to Daocheng Aden, the soul of Shangri La. It has eight wonders: magnificent grassland, graceful wetland, fantastic ink stone, characteristic dwellings, plateau flower sea, golden color autumn, baitasheng temple, sunrise and sunset. "Enjoying the summer in spring, enjoying the colorful forest in autumn and stepping on the snow in winter" is the feature of the scenery all year round. The natural landscape of Moshi, which stretches along the Xianshuihe fault zone, is more desired by the world, and is known as "the eighth most beautiful landscape Avenue in China".

Huiyuan Temple

Huiyuan temple, known as "GADA to Balin" in Tibet, is 3500 meters above sea level. It is one of the oldest Gelug temples of Tibetan Buddhism in Daofu county. The white pagodas in two rows outside the Huiyuan temple are called thousand Bodhi pagoda, also known as good wish pagoda. Each pagoda represents a good wish of the believers, that is, the pagoda that "heart has thousands of knots, people have thousands of wishes" in the song. Since the seventh Dalai Lama was once stationed here, he became the birthplace of the eleventh Dalai Lama. His reputation not only spread throughout Kangba, but also spread to Tibet.
