Jinpenling Street

Jinpenling street, belonging to Tianxin District, Changsha City, Hunan Province, is located in the middle of Tianxin District, west of Furong Road, south of Laodong road and north of south 2nd Ring Road. It covers an area of 3.97 square kilometers and has a population of 101291 (in 2010). It has jurisdiction over 6 community neighborhood committees. The main and secondary roads in the area include Laodong Road, Furong Road, nanhu road, Chiling Road, Shuyuan South Road, etc., with convenient transportation. There are more than 100 enterprises and institutions in the jurisdiction, including Changsha University of technology, Tianxin No.1 middle school, provincial construction No.6 company, provincial Metal Research Institute, Changsha water pump factory, Hunan switch factory, provincial mobile center, Provincial Transportation Science Research Institute, etc.

Jinpenling street is the only street in Changsha city that has been rated as "top ten" by the municipal Party committee and municipal government for three consecutive years, and the only street in Tianxin District with finance and tax exceeding 100 million yuan for three consecutive years.

The origin of the name

Jinpenling is 81.7 meters above sea level, facing Xiangjiang River in the West and surrounded by hills on the other three sides. It has been recorded in the annals of Changsha Prefecture by Chongzhen of Ming Dynasty: "jinpenling, the mountain is steep, it is called the mountain, and the county is located in the south of Wuli." According to Shanhua county annals written by Guangxu of Qing Dynasty, jinpenling mountain is "as winding as a basin". From this we can see that the ridge is named after the terrain. Jinpenling is located in nanmenwai pass, which is a must for military strategists. According to the records of Xiangcheng's visit to ancient times, in 1676, Wu Sangui's rebels retreated from Changsha and defended it. Prince shuo'an of the Qing Dynasty "directly attacked Changsha in jinpenling outside the South Gate". According to Shanhua county annals, the original Jinpen temple in jinpenling was built by Liu Wenqing, governor of Qianlong Renchen (1772). In 1852, the Taiping army attacked Changsha and destroyed the temple. Tongzhi eight years (1869) rebuilt, temple Fengtie Buddha and Li gongpuyou immortal, Dragon King gods, today does not exist. There was an old soldier's room in jinpenling, which was allocated to the first poor people's training center in the Republic of China. It can accommodate more than 1000 people.

Evolution of organizational system

In 1949, Changsha established Jinpen District, which was later incorporated into the suburbs.

It was separated from Qiaotou Branch of miaogangfeng commune in 1961 and changed to jinpenling street in 1965. At that time, it had 10 neighborhood committees including tujiachong, jinpenling, Wugui village, Xinfeng Road, mulianchong, xiuye village, Qiaotou, Xinzhong Road, xinkaipu and baoziling.

In 2012, five communities including Baisha Garden community, Xinfeng community, Furong South Road community, nandaqiao community, Guangxia new village community and Xinkai Management Committee set up Chiling road street.

Huangtuling community

Located in the South Center of Changsha City, it is adjacent to Furong Road in the East, Chihuang road in the south, Huangtuling road in the West and nanhu road in the north, covering an area of 0.8 square kilometers. The community integrates large hotels, large business buildings, kindergartens, medical and health service centers, banks and 87 residential buildings. There are 3268 permanent residents, 7461 permanent residents, 2022 floating population, 12 pure residential buildings, 16 residential buildings and 59 unit buildings. It is a large community with convenient transportation where business buildings and residential buildings coexist.

Lion Rock community

Located in the central business district of houjiatang, Changsha City, it extends to Furong Middle Road in the East, nanhu road in the south, Tianjian road in the West and Qingyuan Road in the north, covering an area of 0.3 hectares, with a permanent population of 1580 households and 4325 residents. The overall planning of the community is reasonable, the geographical location is superior, the residents are concentrated, the road surface is hardened, the road network is unblocked, the greening area is 50%, and the per capita area is 30 square meters. Xiajiachong community

It is located in the old city of Changsha, covering an area of 0.6 square kilometers. It is located in the south of Laodong West Road, the west of Furong Middle Road, the north of Qingyuan Road and the east of Tianjian road. It has a permanent population of 7581, 2664 households and 2073 floating population. There are 76 party members in the community, setting up a general Party branch and a party branch. Tianjian community

It is located in the old city of Changsha, covering an area of 200000 square meters, with 10643 permanent residents, 4579 households and 5641 floating population. The district is divided into five areas for management, with film directors and building volunteers. In recent years, based on the needs of residents, the community has set up a love platform and trained more than 1300 volunteers. Chiling Road community

Founded in 2002, it starts from No.45 Chiling Road (Changsha University of Technology) in the East, 302 Shuyuan South Road in the west, 47 Chiling road in the South and 469 Shuyuan South Road in the north, covering an area of about 0.8 square kilometers, with a permanent population of 2169 households and 6826 residents. The community consists of Polytechnic University, Jinbi Wenhua, Erji community, yuanneng jinzuo and Jinbi Wenyuan.

Tuxin community

Located in the third section of Furong Middle Road, facing Furong Road and Chiling road in the East and Changsha University of technology in the south, covering an area of about 1.07 square kilometers, it is a representative resettlement community for relocated farmers in the urbanization process of Changsha in the last century. With the changes of the times, the community has gradually developed into a comprehensive urban community with complete school, business, hospital, bank and other supporting facilities. There are 32 pure residential buildings, 4549 permanent residents and 1616 floating population.
