Oujia town is located in the south of Dazhu County, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province, which is the South Gate of Dazhu County. The territory is densely covered with water networks. The Yulin River and its largest upstream tributary, Huangtan River, meet here. It is a rare land of fish and rice in Dazhu County. With an area of 50.6 square kilometers and a total population of 17000, the town is rich in mineral resources. As a tourist attraction, Dayan Tianchi, a high mountain natural lake, has more than 200 mu. The annual water storage level is 683 meters above sea level, and the water storage capacity is 6.3 million cubic meters. It is composed of two Tianchi, big and small. It is the largest Tianchi in Dazhou city.

It is the largest Tianchi in Dazhou city. Oujia town belongs to Bafang clan state in the pre Qin period, Dangqu County in the Qin and Han Dynasties. From the third year of Liang Datong in the Southern Dynasties to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it belongs to Linshan County, Linshui county or Dazhu County. It was called Oujia town in 1940, changed to Oujia town in 1941, changed to Huoguang County in 1966, restored to its original name in 1973, and withdrawn to build a town in June 2001, belonging to Dazhu County.

Gaojia ancient town has a long history. It is located in the intersection of gulinzhou or linshanjun (now Sihe township of Dazhu County), tongchuanfu Road, Langzhou, Nanchong (shunqingfu), Chongqing and gutangqu. It is an important post station for Ba salt transportation. The ancient town reached a considerable scale in the middle and late Qing Dynasty. It is a rare ancient town in China where the streets are covered with tiles and two streets are combined. There are four main streets in the ancient town. The main street is Yulong Street, which is composed of two streets side by side. The roads on the street are all covered with tiles with glazed tiles in the middle to receive light. Oujia is rich in aquatic products, and the most famous aquatic product is Gaojia Shagou fish. It looks like carp and scales like trout, and tastes delicate and tender. It originated from Huangtan River in Gaojia.
