Hanwang Township

Hanwang Township, Hongya County, Meishan City, Sichuan Province, is located in the west of Hongya County, at the junction of Caoba town and Hejiang town of Ya'an City, Hongyan Township and Qianjin township of Mingshan County, and Renxing township of Danling county. It has jurisdiction over 15 villages and 98 villager groups. There are 8 villages and 54 villager groups on both sides of Zonggang mountain, which is a mountainous township.

On December 10, 2019, it was withdrawn and incorporated into Zhongshan town according to meifuhan No. 84.

The township is 10km away from Ziya road and connected by Luohan cement road. Six villages in the township have cement roads, and 82 villages in 13 villages have highways. The mileage of the township reaches 48km.

history

According to Volume 44 of Hanshu, biography 14 of Liu, Hanwang temple is the palace of emperor Gaodi Shaozi of the Western Han Dynasty and Emperor Zhunnan Liu Chang of Diyan Daoxian in 174 BC. Hanwang township is named after Hanwang temple. It was called Hanwang Township in 1931. It was changed into Hanwang people's commune in 1958 and restored since 1983.

On December 10, 2019, Meishan Municipal People's government issued the reply of Meishan Municipal People's Government on approving Dongpo District and other six counties (districts) to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns and townships (No. 84 of Meifu letter). 3. On the adjustment of administrative divisions of some towns and townships in Renshou County (No. 38), Hanwang Township and Zhongshan Township were abolished and Zhongshan town was established, with the former administrative regions of Hanwang Township and Zhongshan Township as Zhongshan town The people's Government of Zhongshan town is located at 104 Guihua street.
