Jianong town

Jianong town is located in the north of Shawan District, Leshan City, Sichuan Province. By the end of 2003, Chengdu Kunming railway, sha'e highway and Susha highway had passed through the territory. It has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages and 1 community neighborhood committee. With the spirit of "high standards, strict requirements, united struggle to create a first-class", hard-working and intelligent Jianong people have achieved rapid economic and social development. It is listed as "national key small town" and "Sichuan key small town" by the state and provincial people's government. On December 13, 2019, the people's Government of Sichuan Province adjusted the administrative divisions of some towns in Leshan City and put the administrative areas of groups 3 to 5 of sunba village in Taiping Town under the jurisdiction of Jianong town. After the adjustment, Jianong town governs the administrative areas of 2-8 groups of Jianong community, 3-5 groups of Xinyuan village, shuanghuai village, Wangchang village, Fenchang village, Qi'an village, Liaoyuan village, Weiba village, Baiyan village, Xinxing village, Jiahua village, Xinquan village, modongba village and sunba village, and the people's Government of Jianong town is stationed at 414 Jiaxing Road.
