Huashuiwan Town, located in the west of Dayi County, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, covers an area of 86.97 square kilometers, governs 4 administrative villages, 2 communities, 87 villagers (residents) groups, with a total population of 8541 (2017).

Huashuiwan town is 89 km away from the center of Chengdu (Tianfu Square), about 75 minutes by car. The whole journey passes Dayi section of Cheng Wen Qiong Expressway (41 km) and Dayi tourism Express (38 km).

On March 25, 2019, Huashuiwan town was awarded "the third batch of provincial forest towns in Sichuan Province".

In July 2020, the National Patriotic Health Campaign Committee reconfirmed Huashuiwan as a national health township.

Huashuiwan town is located in the mountainous area, surrounded by mountains on all sides, with an altitude of 880 meters. The forest coverage rate of the whole town is over 80%, and the average content of negative oxygen ions in the air is about 35000 / cm3. The climate in the town is pleasant. There is no severe heat in summer and no severe cold in winter. The average temperature is 3-6 ℃ lower than that in Chengdu Plain.
