Shicheng township is located in the northeast of Beijing and the northwest of Miyun County, with a total area of 248.5 square kilometers, 19 administrative villages and a total population of 7094. It is a well-known tourist town.

Shicheng Township People's government is located in the northeast of Beijing, northwest of Miyun County, north to Baihe Valley, east to Miyun reservoir, West to Huairou junction, Jingtong railway slanting through the southeast, Shitang Road Station in the township, convenient transportation. With a total area of 248.5 square kilometers and an altitude of 1414 meters, Yunmeng Mountain lies in the territory; During this period, Yunmeng Mountain tourism comprehensive development long-term plan was established in the township, providing convenient and preferential policies for investment and cooperation developers. The township has 243 hectares of arable land, 10105 hectares of forest land, 54.8% of forest coverage, 2190 mu of grain sowing area, and wheat, corn and other crops. There are 1.1 million adult fruit trees in the township, mainly chestnut, walnut and pear. The famous Yanshan Chestnut and Hebei Yali have been exported to Japan. At present, eight scenic spots have been developed in Shicheng Township, including Heilongtan, the first waterfall in Kyoto, wuzuolou Forest Park, Yunmeng gorge, Taoyuan fairy Valley, Qingliang Valley, Jiudaowan and Spirit Valley.
