Lianfang Street

Lianfang street, located in Shapingba District, Chongqing, China, was established in 2011. Lianfang street, newly established in 2011, has jurisdiction over lianfangqiao, shuangchaomen community, xuetangbao and Shengquan, apple pie and xiangxieli, which are the original streets of Xiaolongkan, covering an area of nearly 4 square kilometers. The sub district office is located at 33 Xianfeng Avenue, Lianfang sub district.

Shapingba District of Chongqing Municipality governs the streets. It is located in the south of the District, at the junction of Shapingba District, Yuzhong District, Jiulongpo District and high tech Zone. It covers an area of nearly 4 square kilometers. The permanent resident population is 24778 (the sixth census in 2010). It governs six communities. The sub district office is located at 33 Xianfeng Avenue, shixiaodao. Shixiaodao, Gaojiu highway and other urban trunk roads run through the whole park. There is Lianfang Pingdingshan Cultural Park, 440 meters above sea level.

Historical evolution

In 2006, Lianfang Park managed three communities including xuetangbao, Lianfang bridge, Shengquan and Lianfang village. The management committee worked in Pingdingshan park. In 2011, Lianfang street was set up, which has jurisdiction over lianfangqiao, xuetangpu and Shengquan communities of the former Xiaolongkan street, covering an area of nearly 4 square kilometers. The street office is located in the office of the former Lianfang economic Park Management Committee.

The origin of street

The word "Lianfang" is usually associated with "Park". The economic strength of Lianfang Park was once relatively strong. However, with the new construction of larger scale Park, Lianfang village where Lianfang park is located needs the management of social functions. Therefore, Lianfang park is separated from Xiaolongkan street and established Lianfang street.

Party Building

First, focus on key points and promote new progress. To build a "cell project" of Party building, the coverage rate of street residents' Party groups will reach 100%. Efforts should be made to solve 257 practical difficulties, such as "one meter for each household" for 565 households in lianfangqiao redeveloped residential area, and no one in six old residential areas to keep clean, so as to give full play to the role of the party organization.

Second, focus on the highlights to promote a new atmosphere. According to the nature of Party members' work, work area, occupation and other factors, six online party branches and 20 party groups have been established, and more than 70 activities such as online life meetings, party lectures, and employment guidance have been carried out to enhance the cohesion of Party organizations.

Third, difficulties promote new breakthroughs. We will establish a mechanism to ensure the funding for community party building work and to interact with the talents in the community. We will build more than 1000 square meters of office space in the community and a new service center for Party members in the community. The community "three have one" standard rate increased from 33% to 67%.
