Shangjinxiang

Shangjin Township, subordinate to Longzhou County, Chongzuo City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the southeast of Longzhou County, adjacent to Tingliang Township, Ningming County in the East, Bajiao Township in the south, Longzhou town in the West and zhubu Township in the north. Shangjin Township covers an area of 267.02 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 21414 people registered residence in Jinxiang.

In 1950, Shangjin township was the first district of Shangjin county. In 1958, Shangjin township was merged with Xiangshui and Tianxi townships to form Shangjin commune. In 1962, Shangjin commune was transformed into Shangjin district. In 1965, Shangjin district was transformed into Shangjin commune. In 1984, Shangjin commune was transformed into Shangjin township. As of June 2020, Shangjin township has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages. The Township People's government is stationed in Shangjin street.
