Bansheng Township
Bansheng township is located in the north of Dahua County, 118 kilometers away from the county. It is at the junction of the four counties. It borders Xiaao and Nongfu townships in Du'an County in the East, Hechi City in the northeast, Datong Township in Donglan County in the northwest, Banlan Township across the river in the Southwest and qibailong Township in the south.

The township now has 13 administrative villages (namely, 13 villages of Shengping, banlie, Nongji, nongna, nongguan, nonglei, nongxi, bahao, nongli, nongcong, nonglang, nongyong and Sandong), 294 villager groups, with a population of 22193 at the end of 2000; by the end of 2003, there were 5191 households with a total population of 24644, of which 10745 were Yao, accounting for 43.6%; 8995 were Han, accounting for 36.5%; 4904 were Zhuang 9% of the total population of the township.

The township covers an area of 300 square kilometers, with 16388 mu of arable land, including 15152 mu of early farmland and 1235 mu of paddy field.

At present, there are more than 100 bronze drums and several minority decorations with archaeological value in the township. Bansheng township is also known as the "hometown of corn wine". The corn wine produced by Bansheng township is fragrant, mellow and refreshing. It can't be drunk and has endless aftertaste.
