Tailaoshan town

Taimushan Town, belonging to Fuding City, Ningde City, Fujian Province, is located in the southeast of Fuding City. It is backed by the Taimushan mountains, adjacent to the East China Sea in the East, facing Dayu mountain across the sea in the southeast, Xiamen she Township in the south, Jixi town in the West and Bailin town in the north. Its land area is 119.08 square kilometers, and its sea area is 43 square kilometers. In late 2018, the registered residence of Tai Mu Shan town was 57938.

Taimushan town was formerly known as Qinyu town. According to the annals of Funing in Wanli of Ming Dynasty, Qinyu was the place where Qin people lived to avoid chaos. In 2011, it was renamed Taimushan town. In 1940, Qinyu town was established. In 1968, Qinyu commune was established. In 1987, it was renamed Qinyu town. On March 21, 2011, it was renamed Taimushan town. As of June 2020, the town has a total of 6 communities and 26 administrative villages.

In 2018, there were 138 industrial enterprises in Taimushan Town, including 19 above Designated Size and 15 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Historical evolution

In 1739, the fourth year of the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty, after the establishment of Fuding County, it became the seventh capital of Fuding county. In the 31st year, Qinyu inspection department was set up.

In the first year of the Republic of China (1912), the abandoned capital was Qinyu district.

In 1940, Qinyu town was established.

In 1968, Qinyu commune was established.

In 1987, it was renamed Qinyu town.

On March 21, 2011, it was renamed Taimushan town.

At the end of 2011, Taimushan town had five residents' committees: Yuchi, Kanghu, Jinlin, Jishi and Hanbi, and 26 villagers: Qinyu, Jianguo, Jikeng, taiyangtou, Jukou, Zhangqi, Dongxing, Mengwan, Dongcheng, Yangli, niulanggang and Qinhai committee.

Taimu mountain scenic spot is located in Fuding City, Ningde City, Fujian Province. It is 118 km north to Wenzhou and 200 km south to Fuzhou.
