Liuchang Street office was officially established on August 1, 2005. The office is located on the first floor of Building 2, Changtang town government courtyard, Liubei district (temporarily borrowed). There are 18 staff members in the Office (including 5 members of the leading group, with an average age of 37.2 years old, and 13 general staff, with an average age of 37.8 years old).

The office has set up a labor and social security office, a Ministry of armed forces, and a judicial office. Scope of the office: from Shengli East Road, along Yuejin Road to the north, in a fan-shaped radiation. It has jurisdiction over six communities: Yuejin, Fenghuang, Zhegu, weiqi, Changhong and yinou. Among them, Changhong and yinou are enterprise communities with a population of nearly 40000. The main units under the jurisdiction include the second national games company, medical college, regional hospital, Liuzhou normal school, zhegujiang horticultural farm, Sinotrans company, Weiqi company, Changhong Machinery Manufacturing Company and Liujiang paper mill. Family planning management units are mainly distributed in Shatang and Changtang districts, including Liuzhou College of ecological engineering, Liuzhou Teachers College, engineering school, animal husbandry school, finance school, etc., with a total of more than 40 units.
