Xima Street

Located in Jiang'an District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, Xima street is named after Ximu road. It is connected with the jurisdiction of Laodong street in the northeast, Jiefang Avenue in the southeast, Jianghan North Road in the southwest and Xinhua Street in Jianghan District, tangjiadun and caozihu in the northwest, tangjiadun and Beihu in Jianghan District, and Huaqiao street in the north.

Evolution of organizational system

In 1952, it was under the people's governments of Jiefang and Xima. It was changed into a street in 1954. Jiefang street was divided into quiet streets in 1955 and merged into Jiefang street in 1957. In 1958, the two streets of Xima and Jiefang were merged into the Wuyi branch of Jiang'an District People's commune. In 1961, it was restored to two streets of quiet and West Malaysia. In 1967, Xima street was renamed Hongbing street, and quiet street was renamed Xiangdong street. In 1971, Xiangdong street was merged and established. In 1973, it was renamed Xima street.

In 1996, it covers an area of 1.9 square kilometers and has a population of 51000. It has jurisdiction over 21 neighborhood committees, including Jianghan North Road, Jianghan, zhajia left road, zhajia new village, zhajia right road, Guangrong village, Lianhe village, Anding Road, xiongjiatai, drainage station, stadium lane, xinsanxiang, Adam first lane, model road, Xincun, Lianyi, Tongkang, JINGMAO, Adam sixth lane, Xima road and Xima second. In 2004, the office was located at No. 29, Sanxiang, xiongjiatai, with a population of 59000 and an area of 1.45 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 10 neighborhood committees, including Jianghan North Road, zhajia Road, Guangrong Road, Anding Road, Hong Kong Road, xiongjiatai Road, xinsanxiang Road, model road, Mazu Road and Lianyi road.
