Huian street, located in the south of Lankao County, is adjacent to Longhai Railway in the north, Lianhuo Expressway in the south, national highway 310 in the west, national highway 240 in the East and national highway 106 passing through. There is Lankao South Station of Zhengzhou Xuzhou high speed railway, with superior geographical location and convenient transportation. Lankao industrial cluster is located in Huian street.

Organizational system

In 2015, Chengguan town was abolished and three offices including Hui'an street were set up. Hui'an Street covers an area of 35.92 square kilometers, with a total population of 29535 and a cultivated area of 21000 mu.

Huian sub district office has 19 communities (administrative villages), including Sunzhuang community, Hancun community, douzhai community, Huiyao community, yuzhai community, shizigu community, Tianzhuang community, Jinying village, hezhai village, chendouzhai village, guilizhai village, Liulin village, Qiaozhuang village, Siye village, Guzhai village, Lizhai village, yangshanzhai village, Fanlou village and Changzhuang village.
