In 2011, Dongpu street in Yuancheng District added three new community neighborhood committees on the basis of the original seven community neighborhood committees. The three neighborhood committees of Xingyuan Road community, Wenming Road community and Hongxing Road community were readjusted to four, and the square community neighborhood committee was added; the Jianshe Avenue community neighborhood committee was adjusted to three, and the Yongfu Road community neighborhood committee and Yonghe Road community neighborhood committee were added.

It is understood that after the adjustment, the scope of jurisdiction of each neighborhood committee is: Xingyuan Road Community Neighborhood Committee East to Zhongshan Avenue, South to Xinfengjiang, West to xialihe, north to Xingyuan Road, office location unchanged; Wenming Road Community Neighborhood Committee East to Zhongshan Avenue, South to Xingyuan Road, West to 205 national Road, north to Wenming Road, office location unchanged; Hongxing Road Community Neighborhood Committee East to Donghua Road, Wenming road in the south, national highway 205 in the West and Hongxing Road in the north, with the same office location; the neighborhood committee of square community governs Jianshe Avenue in the East, Xinfengjiang central line in the south, Zhongshan Avenue in the West and Hongxing Road in the north, with the temporary office location at Yongfu Road, No.27 Wangfu road. The neighborhood committee of square community governs Dongjiang central line in the East, Jianshe Avenue in the south, national highway 205 in the west, Yongfu Road in the north and Dongxing Road in the East The temporary office is under the jurisdiction of Yonghe Road community neighborhood committee, Yongfu East Road, east to Yuewang Avenue, South to Yongfu Road, West to national highway 205, north to Yonghe Road and Dongyuan junction, and the temporary office is at Shizhu resettlement site.
