Heping Street is located in the West Bank of Wujiang River, the main urban area of Yanhe County. It is adjacent to Shasha street in the East, Qitan town in the South and Heishui town in the northwest. The neighborhood office is located in dingzikou community, with a land area of 26.44 square kilometers, including 4.83 square kilometers of cultivated land and 21.11 square kilometers of woodland.

Heping Street is a sub district office under the jurisdiction of Yanhe Tujia Autonomous County, Tongren City, Guizhou Province. In February 2015, the people's Government of Guizhou Province approved the cancellation of the new Heping Street in Heping Town, Yanhe County.
