The responsibilities of the Luofu Mountain Management Committee are mainly to implement the urban planning law of the people's Republic of China, the land administration law of the people's Republic of China, the forest law of the people's Republic of China, the cultural relics protection law of the people's Republic of China, the environmental protection law of the people's Republic of China, the wildlife protection law of the people's Republic of China, and the Interim Regulations on the administration of scenic spots issued by the State Council Laws and regulations, do a good job in scenic resources, natural ecological resources and environmental protection.

Main responsibilities

（1） To be responsible for the preparation, approval and supervision of the scenic area planning and detailed planning, and to organize the preparation and approval of the scenic area construction projects.

（2） To be responsible for the examination and approval of the construction project site selection proposal, the construction land planning permit and the construction project planning permit in the scenic spot, strictly implement the master plan of Luofu Mountain scenic spot, and strictly control the construction scale in the scenic spot.

（3） Responsible for the land acquisition, land use right transfer and other specific work in the scenic area, review and report for approval of construction land approval and state-owned land use documents.

（4） Be responsible for the protection of ecological environment in the scenic area, and prevent all kinds of damage and pollution. To examine and submit for approval the environmental impact report of the construction project.

（5） Responsible for the forest land and forest administration in the scenic area. We will do a good job in Closing Hillsides for afforestation, planting trees for greening, pest control, protection of ancient and famous trees and wild animals and plants.

（6） Be responsible for the supervision and management of forest cutting in the scenic area, and do a good job in the examination and approval of forest cutting license.

（7） Responsible for the prevention and fighting of forest fire in the scenic area.

（8） Assist in the management of religious affairs and the protection and management of cultural relics in the scenic area.

（9） Responsible for the overall image publicity of Luofu Mountain Scenic Area and Forest Park, as well as the publicity and education of loving and protecting the mountain.

（10） To be responsible for the economic development, social affairs and party organization construction of the administrative villages under its jurisdiction.

（11） According to the relevant laws and regulations, we should earnestly exercise the administrative law enforcement power granted by the county government, and do a good job in the administrative law enforcement work of scenic spot planning, construction, land, environment, forestry, religious affairs and cultural relics management under the guidance of relevant competent departments.

（12） To be responsible for the construction of civilization and the comprehensive management of social security.

（13） To be responsible for the organization and personnel, labor wages, assessment, rewards and punishments, social insurance, medical insurance and family planning work of administrative organs and affiliated enterprises and institutions.

（14） To undertake other tasks assigned by the state, provincial and municipal departments in charge of business, the county Party committee and the county government.

The management committee has 10 functional departments, including party and government office, rural office, finance department, planning and construction department, market development department, social affairs department, scenic spot Supervision Brigade, cultural relics management office and family planning service center.

Introduction to Luofu Mountain

geographical position

Luofushan national scenic spot is located on the coast of Dongjiang River in the northwest of Boluo County, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. It is 25 kilometers away from BOLUO County, 60 kilometers away from Guangzhou in the west, 45 kilometers away from Dongguan and 150 kilometers away from Shenzhen in the south, and 55 kilometers away from Huizhou in the East. Guanghui expressway, Guangshan highway and Guangmei highway pass through the foot of the mountain. There is Luofushan exit on Guanghui expressway, so the traffic is extremely convenient.

Introduction

The total area of the scenic spot is 214.82 square kilometers. There are 432 large and small peaks, more than 80 peaks over 1000 meters. The main peak, feiyunding, is 1296 meters above sea level. There are many strange peaks, rocks, waterfalls and famous springs. The famous ones are feiyunding, Shangjie Sanfeng, Luotuofeng, shizifeng, Guifeng, Yingzuiyan, baishuimen waterfall, BaiShiLi waterfall, niangquan, etc., forming unique peaks, canyons and flowing springs .

The scenic spot is rich in forest resources and natural animal and plant resources, with beautiful ecological environment and pleasant climate.

At the same time, the content of negative ions in the air is very high, up to 150000 negative ions per cubic centimeter. It is a resort for people to feel the natural ecology and health. In addition, Luofu Mountain is also a famous mountain in the south of the five ridges, which can be called "the first mountain in the south of the five ridges". In history, Taoism, Buddhism and Confucianism have thrived and coexisted here for a long time. Celebrities and scholars of all ages have also come to Luofu mountain, leaving behind a lot of acclaimed inscriptions, excellent poems and places of interest, including more than 200 key scenic spots, more than 180 cliff stone carvings and 13 religious temples. At present, the scenic spot receives more than 1.6 million tourists annually.
