Cheung Chau Street
Changzhou street, established in August 2002, is located in the southwest of Huangpu District. It is an independent island in the Pearl River Estuary and the site of the famous Huangpu Military Academy. It is connected with Xiaoguwei bridge in Xinzao town of Panyu District in the southeast, Haizhu District in the West and Huangpu old port across the river in the north. The total area is 11.5 square kilometers, of which the land area is 8.5 square kilometers. By the end of 2003, it had 177 hectares of cultivated land and 1146.5 mu of forest land.
On November 29, 2019, it was selected into the list of forest towns in Guangdong Province.

In 2010, there were 36478 residents under the jurisdiction of Shenjing, Changzhou, Huangchuan and Meiyuan neighborhood committees and 36 resident groups.

The main roads are: Jinzhou Road, Changzhou Road, Junxiao Road, Anxin Road, siting road and Changjiang Road. The main bridges are: Changzhou new bridge and Hongsheng bridge.
The education units in the jurisdiction are: Huangpu campus of Nanhua Institute of Commerce and industry, health school of Guangdong Second workers' sanatorium, Memorial Middle School of Huangpu Military Academy, Huangpu shipyard middle school, Changzhou Central Primary School, Shenjing primary school and Huangpu shipyard primary school; there are 6 nurseries in total.
Medical units include: Changzhou branch of Huangpu District Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, Guangdong Second workers' sanatorium, staff hospital of Huangpu shipyard and Navy 4801 factory clinic.
Markets include: Baida comprehensive market, Shenjing agricultural market, military and civilian comprehensive market and Xiazhuang agricultural market. There are: Zhongshan Park, Nanzhou Park and Shenjing park.

Scenic spots and historic sites include: the former site of Huangpu Military Academy, memorial square for the martyrs of the eastern expedition, monument to Prime Minister Sun, Changzhou fort, Baitugang fort, baihegang fort, Bassi cemetery, Zhugang cemetery for foreigners, kobayi dock site, Ling's ancestral hall, Zeng's ancestral hall, etc.
