Huangmaoyuan town

Xupu County governs the town. Huangmaoyuan township was established in 1956. In 1958, it was changed into a commune. In 1984, it was established as a township. In 1995, it was merged with Hetian Township and huangmaoyuan town was established. Located in the south of Xupu County, 64 kilometers away from Xupu County and 78 kilometers away from Huaihua City.
