Yuzhukou Township

Weizhukou Township governs 12 administrative villages, 86 villager groups, with a population of 7950 people (in 2017), 1234 Mu paddy field and 230000 Mu mountain forest. At the end of 2005, the per capita net income was 917 yuan. It is mainly composed of Cunninghamia lanceolata and Phyllostachys pubescens, enjoying the reputation of "the capital of Cunninghamia lanceolata and Phyllostachys pubescens". It is the hometown of Zhao Zixian, the first magistrate of Jianghua county.

In recent years, under the leadership of the township party committee and government, under the development strategy of "prospering the township through science and education, strengthening the township through landscape writing, and enriching the people through labor economy", the people of yuzhukou, who are industrious, intelligent and pragmatic, have deepened reform, expanded opening up, continuously adjusted the forest structure, developed hydropower resources, optimized the economic development environment, vigorously attracted investment, and made every effort to seek development.
