Deshan sub District Office (changshe Deshan economic development zone) has jurisdiction over 12 community neighborhood committees, including 10 directly under the neighborhood committee and 2 enterprise neighborhood committees. Literary and artistic activities

In 2005, there were 14 participating units, more than 100 performers, 35 performances and more than 1000 audiences in the artistic performance of Deshan community, creating a warm festival atmosphere. Since then, the Lantern Festival activities on the 15th day of the first lunar month have been staged. In the streets, dragon and lion dances, waist drums, lotus picking boats, clam shell essence, big head dolls, Yangko troupe and Jiuzi whip troupe have been carried out. The warm atmosphere has made the community residents forget the cold of early spring. In October 2006, yanwudui community held the first "neighbor's Day" with 3000 residents, playing guzheng, singing Peking Opera, and calligraphy From the elderly to the school-age children, they all appear in the atmosphere of neighborhood care. Deshan culture is both dynamic and static, and community culture has its essence. Dynamic culture is vigorous, and static culture is like spring rain. The "quiet" culture of calligraphy, painting and literature is also a landscape in Deshan. Various communities held calligraphy and painting competitions, collected 316 works, selected a number of awards, and the award-winning works were toured in several communities of Deshan.
