Hehuayuan Street

Hehuayuan street is subordinate to Furong district, Changsha City, Hunan Province, which was established in 2012.

Hehuayuan street has jurisdiction over seven communities, including yangjiashan community, Hengda community, Heyan community, hehuayuan community, dezhengyuan community, dongfangxincheng community and Dongjun community, with a permanent resident population of 51800.

The street has won the honorary titles of "provincial harmonious community construction demonstration Street", municipal "ten fast" street, municipal "top ten" street, "municipal urban management demonstration Street" and "municipal innovative unit".

Historical evolution

According to the implementation plan of the administrative division adjustment of Furong district, in 2012, the original Mawangdui street was divided into hehuayuan community, dezhengyuan community, dongfangxincheng community and Dongjun community.

Along the central line of Renmin Road to the east of the border with Yuhua District, to the north of the central line of Wanjiali Road, to the west of the central line of Yuanda 1st Road, to the south of the eastern side line of Beijing Guangzhou railway, and to the enclosed area of the central line of Renmin road.

Yangjiashan community

Starting from the second ring road in the East, the Beijing Guangzhou railway in the west, Renmin East Road in the South and Yuanda road in the north, covering an area of 0.6 square kilometers, there are 14 residential quarters with 4500 households and a population of more than 15000. In the community, there is Jintai green square covering an area of 100 mu, with a green area of more than 2000 square meters and an outdoor leisure and fitness site of 500 square meters, creating a "Square Cultural Community" and a community cultural brand "Red Song club". The community has won the honorary titles of municipal civilized community, municipal popular science community and municipal mass culture advanced community.

Hengda community

With an area of 0.2 square kilometers, it has 47 residential buildings, 1783 households, 6240 permanent residents, more than 1200 immigrants and 184 community units. The infrastructure in the community is perfect, with "six rooms, three stations, one field, one school and one city". It has won 89 honorary titles such as "civilized community of Hunan Province", "civilized community of Changsha City" and "advanced community neighborhood committee for building harmonious community in the whole province".

Heyan community

Located to the east of the Second Ring Road, it is adjacent to Hengda road in the south, Hehua road in the north and Dezheng road in the East, covering an area of 0.5 square kilometers, with 1175 permanent residents and 2262 permanent residents. There are two gardens (Hengye Yayuan, Honghua Huayuan), four districts (Weili District, Heyan District, oil company District, taxi company district) and four dormitories (insurance company dormitory, Environmental Sanitation Bureau dormitory, quality supervision station dormitory, Yuhua District Finance Bureau dormitory). There are 21 residential buildings, including 14 open dormitories. It has won the honorary titles of "entrepreneurial demonstration community", "party building demonstration community", municipal "two oriented community", and municipal community property demonstration site.

Hehuayuan community

It is adjacent to Mawangdui road in the East, the second ring road in the west, Hengda road in the South and Yuanda road in the north, covering an area of 0.43 square kilometers. The permanent population is more than 6353 households, with a population of more than 25000, and the floating population is more than 1495 households, with a population of more than 4485. There are 22 enterprises and institutions and 382 business operators within the jurisdiction. The community has built a high standard of psychological counseling room, happy full house parent-child garden, gym and other activity rooms to provide entertainment and fitness platform for the situation in the community. The community has won the honorary titles of "municipal popular science civilized community", "youth caring community" and "municipal civilized community".

Dezhengyuan community

It is a pure residential community mainly composed of resettlement housing, affordable housing and commercial housing, with an area of 0.15 square kilometers, 4500 households and a population of 12000. There are three large green squares with a green area of 75000 square meters, indoor and outdoor fitness facilities such as badminton court, basketball court and fitness room, cultural and educational facilities such as electronic reading room and citizen school, and service supporting facilities such as medical and health service station and housekeeping service station. The community has built a series of community work characteristic brands such as "Zero Domestic Violence" community and "non-toxic community", and has won nearly 100 honorary titles such as national civilized community, national green community and national advanced urban sports community.

Dongfang Xincheng community

It is located to the east of Mawangdui Road, south of Yuanda Road, west of Wanjiali road and north of Dongjun community, covering an area of 0.38 square kilometers. It is a residential community formed by the development and construction of dongtundu farm by Hunan xinjinhong Real Estate Co., Ltd. There are 2031 permanent residents, 5813 people; more than 2500 floating population; after the completion of development and demolition, it will reach more than 4100 households and more than 14000 people. There are three courtyard dormitory communities and one demolition development zone.

Dongjun community

Located in the east of Mawangdui Road, the south of Dongjun Road, the west of Wanjiali road and the north of Renmin East Road, it covers an area of 0.21 square kilometers. There are 22 small high-rise buildings with a total residential population of about 9000. It is a new community under development and construction, integrating commerce and living. The community has complete infrastructure, beautiful environment and convenient transportation.
