Chutouling town

Chutouling town is located in the easternmost part of Jizhou District, Tianjin city, adjacent to Zunhua City, Hebei Province, and only 15 kilometers away from the eastern Mausoleum of the Qing Dynasty. The town covers an area of 38.11 square kilometers, governs 36 administrative villages and has a permanent resident population of 36212 people (2017). With convenient transportation, Bangxi highway runs from east to west, and Linping highway and Zunyu highway complement each other. The smooth and tidy village oil road not only becomes a major feature of the Town, but also builds a fast bridge for the town to fly through jiteng.

The natural conditions and ecological environment of the town are superior. It is adjacent to the Yanshan Mountains in the north and the source of Cuiping Lake in the south. It is surrounded by mountains and rivers with beautiful scenery. It is rich in natural resources and diverse in land types. The three economic types of plain, mountain and water complement each other, which has laid a solid foundation for the economic growth of the town. In September 2018, chutouling town was selected into the demonstration construction list of strong agricultural towns.

Evolution of organizational system

Chutouling town was divided into chutouling Township and Guanchang Township before its establishment, which originally belonged to Zunhua City (county), Hebei Province. Because Yuqiao reservoir is located in the upper reaches of Jixian County in Tianjin, the reservoir needs to store water to protect Tianjin city in every flood season, which is bound to inundate the fields and villages of the two townships in Zunhua, Hebei Province. In order to facilitate unified planning, in May 1979, with the approval of the state, the three townships of Guanchang, chutouling and xilonghuyu in the upper reaches of the reservoir area were included in Jixian County, Tianjin. The two townships were merged into chutouling town.

Chutouling mushroom base is the largest mushroom base in the county and North China. Since its establishment in 2001, after several years of efforts, the base has begun to take shape. The comprehensive fruit production base of our town is also expanding the scale and introducing new varieties on the basis of the original. The existing area is 6000 mu. The main varieties are red Fuji, red star apple, Japanese and Korean pear, Golden Sun Apricot, red crisp pear, etc. the base can produce more than 5000 tons of all kinds of fruits per year. The breeding industry is mainly composed of cows, pigs, free range chickens and broilers. It has established a dairy cattle breeding base in paddy field, covering an area of 150 mu, with a total investment of 8 million yuan, a daily output of fresh milk of 4500 kg and an annual profit of 2.1 million yuan, which has greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of local farmers in raising cattle and increased their income. The water area economy takes high-quality and efficient fish culture as the core, with 7200 mu of water surface. The main varieties of fish culture are carp, silver carp, silver carp, crucian carp, Wuchang fish, etc. scientific culture and scientific management are implemented. Chutouling town is generally high in NE and low in SW. North to da'anping, xiao'anping and Nanhe village are hills. In the northeast, there are hills called chutouling. Mengguantun, chutouling and Zhongyu are located at the foot of chutouling. Yuqiao reservoir (Cuiping Lake) is located in the southwest of China. The upper reaches of the reservoir are Linhe River and Guohe river. Linhe river forms the boundary river with mashenqiao town in the west, xilonghuyu town in the south, sharing Guohe River, Shimen town in Zunhua, Hebei Province in the north, Pingan town in Zunhua, Hebei Province in the East, and Shahe River, the upstream tributary of Guohe River, is the general boundary river between Tianjin and Hebei Province.

The town has a small amount of hilly land, most of which are River alluvial plain. Because the downstream is in the bridge reservoir, the town is a village in Tianjin reservoir area. In recent years, the village land in the Southwest has been converted from farmland to forest, and has become a water source protection area in Tianjin. Xiaowangzhuang, xializhuang, Hejiabao, Zhaogezhuang, peigezhuang, tianxinzhuang, Nanhe village, beileigutai, wenmazhuang, wangxinfang and other villages in the town are all relocated villages in the reservoir area. Some villages have changed their names after relocation, while one still retains its original name. In order to protect the water source of Yuqiao reservoir, most of the relocated villages completely lost their cultivated land, and made sacrifices for the people in Tianjin. The East-West Bangxi highway and Linping highway run through the town, reaching Jixian and Zunhua, and extending to other ports. Expressways: from Bangxi highway to Shimen, Linping Road to Ping'an City, you can go to Dongling Branch highway of Qing Dynasty, from Beijing Qinhuangdao highway to Chengde in the north and Tangshan in the south. Through Jixian County, the west can go to Jinji Expressway and Jingping expressway.

History and culture
