Fengrui street is located in the east of Panhe in Fangcheng City, Henan Province. The surrounding area is adjacent to Quanqiao town and erlangmiao town in the south, guzhuangdian town in the East, Yangji town in the north and Shizhi street in the West. It covers an area of 14.4 square kilometers.

Evolution of organizational system

Fengrui street, Fangcheng County, Nanyang City, Henan Province, located in the hinterland of Fangcheng County, is one of the more developed market towns of "Nanxiang Ai Road". The county was established in the Western Zhou Dynasty as the territory of Yuzhou. Today's county has evolved from Zengguo, Yangcheng, duyang and Yuzhou in history.

Fengrui Street originally belonged to Chengguan Town, which was Chengguan District in 1949, Chengguan town in 1955, Chengguan people's commune in 1969, and Chengguan town in 1982. In 1996, it covers an area of 16.2 square kilometers and has a population of 37000. It has jurisdiction over 11 administrative villages including Dongguan, Nanguan, Beiguan, zhaizhuang, Weizhuang, sanlicha, Anzhuang, Xiguan, Xinmin, Shuncheng and Nange, and 4 villages including transportation, civil rights, Xinhua and Heping There are two neighborhood committees.

On August 18, 2011, Henan Provincial Department of Civil Affairs approved the following adjustments to the administrative divisions of Fangcheng county with the approval of Henan Provincial Government: to abolish Chengguan town and set up Fengrui and Shizhi sub district offices.

On December 22, 2017, Henan Provincial Department of Civil Affairs approved the following adjustments to the administrative divisions of Fangcheng County: Qizhuang village in Erlangmiao Town, Zhanglou, Guanzhuang and Wangzhuang in Yangji Township, and Yingfang, Jizhuang, dachengzhuang, daliuzhuang, Zhangzhuang and Balicha in Quanqiao Town, which are under the jurisdiction of Fengrui sub district office.

The communities include sanlicha community, Anzhuang community, Dongguan community, Nange community, zhaizhuang community, Xinjian street community, Jiaotong street community and Xinhua Street community. The administrative villages include Balicha village, Liuzhuang village, Zhangzhuang village, Yingfang village, Chengzhuang village, Guanzhuang village, Qizhuang Village, Jizhuang village, Zhanglou village and Wangzhuang village.
