Yixin Street

Yixin street is located in Shanyang District, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province. The office was established in March 1998. It covers an area of 2.3 square kilometers, starting from Donghuan Road in the East, Jiaodong road in the west, Jianshe Road in the South and Taihang Road in the north. It has jurisdiction over four community neighborhood committees, two industrial companies and three boutique communities, including Yixin community, Gongzi Road community, No.5 courtyard community and Qunying new village community, with 36710 residents (2010).

Streets should increase investment to comprehensively improve the level of infrastructure. In strict accordance with the principle that hardware should be hard, the street has continuously increased investment, accelerated the pace of infrastructure construction and the creation of high-quality products, so that all the hardware required for health creation must be in place, all the projects included in health creation must be promoted rapidly, and all the investment needed for health creation must be guaranteed. The street has invested more than 3 million yuan in the reconstruction of 12 back street alleys and 10 buildings, hardened back street alleys and residential buildings with 13000 square meters of roads, upgraded 7 public toilets and completed the reconstruction of all dry toilets. Yixin Street established the old city reconstruction team, formulated the demolition plan in time, printed and distributed the old city reconstruction brochures and open letters to the residents, went into the residents' homes, vigorously publicized the significance of the community reconstruction and the benefits brought to the masses, and won the support of the masses. In the near future, the demolition agreement will be signed with the masses, and the demolition work will be fully started. The infrastructure level of the jurisdiction has been greatly improved. On the basis of setting 4 lanes and 2 courtyard boutiques in the District, 2 lanes and 2 courtyard boutiques are added in each community, and each grid management point is required to have highlights and produce boutiques. In each boutique, the street not only publicizes health education, but also integrates 100 celebrities, Han Yu's poems, Li Shangyin's poems and stories of the Seven Sages in the bamboo grove, which have influenced the process of Chinese history, effectively improving the quality and level of creation.

Health work

The street set up a sanitation station to implement dynamic management of cleaners and link their work performance with their wages. In order to stabilize the team of cleaners, the street actively implemented the financing channel of cleaners' wages and paid them in full monthly. The street chose to recruit from "4050" staff, which not only solved the employment problem of "4050" staff, but also made up for the lack of cleaning staff. The street invested 82940 yuan to buy 377 garbage cans, so that each unit in the residential area has a garbage can, which laid a good foundation for the residents to develop good living habits and keep the residential buildings clean and tidy. 1353 garbage lanes were closed, 820 garbage cans were purchased, and the goal of one garbage can per unit was achieved; 7840 square meters of green area was completed, 28000 square meters of buildings and walls along the street were beautified and painted, 155 "seven small" stores were renovated, 52 health education positions were opened, and the task of creating health was fully implemented. The street pays attention to the role of the three-level supervision group of the city, district and office, and strictly follows the supervision standard of "three not one in place", that is, there is no dead corner, no missing content and no lowering of the standard in the investigation, and the tracking effect is in place in the supervision, so as to ensure that the problems derived by the supervisor can be rectified on schedule. At the same time, the street extended the long-term mechanism of environmental health to the units under its jurisdiction, and organized special personnel to conduct regular inspection and evaluation on the environmental health of the units under its jurisdiction, which effectively promoted the in-depth development of health creation work.
