Xinshiba town

Xinshiba town is subordinate to Ganluo County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is located in the middle of Ganluo County, bordering Ebian County, Leshan City in the East, Puchang town in the south, Yutian town and Tuanjie town in the West and azjue town in the north. History of construction

The Yi name of this place is Si Jue, which means barren Bazi. In 1956, when the democratic reform was carried out, the county was established. The liberated and homeless slaves were resettled there. New houses were built and new clothes were given to them, which was named Xinshi dam. Ganluo county was Yanrun Township when it was established in 1956. Yan run commune was established in 1958. in 1981, it was set aside from Yanrun commune to build Chengguan town. During the census of place names, it was renamed xinshiba town because of its duplicate names. In 2020, Rick Township, aer Township and Shihai township will be abolished, and the administrative areas of the former Rick Township, Telmo village and xixiga village in Puchang town will be put under the jurisdiction of xinshiba town.
