Lulou Street

Lulou sub district office is located in the south of Shancheng District of Hebi City, bounded by Sihe River in the north, Shangzhuang village of Shangyu Township in the south, and East and west to East and West Lulou village in the East. It covers an area of 1.34 square kilometers and has a total population of 14747 people (in 2010). It has five community neighborhood committees, including East well of bakuang, West well of bakuang, power plant of Mining Bureau, thermal power plant and south of Lulou.

The Party Working Committee and Lulou sub district office of Lulou sub district are the dispatched organs of the Party committee and the district government of Shancheng district. They are not only the organizers of the residents, but also the service providers of the residents; they are the builders and managers of the city. There are 14 cadres and workers in the office.
