Zaohuli Town, belonging to Huimin County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the middle of Huimin County, adjacent to Madian town in the East, Zijiao town and Xindian town in the south, Shimiao town in the west, Shimiao town and wudingfu street across Shahe River in the north. The area is 82 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Li Zhen was 30280.

In 1961, it was restored to zaohuli district. In 1968, it was restored to zaohu Li commune. In 1984, it was restored to Li Township. In September 2011, it was changed to zaohu Li Town. As of June 2020, zaohuli town has five communities under its jurisdiction.

By the end of 2018, there were 22 industrial enterprises in zaohuli Town, including 7 industrial enterprises above Designated Size and 11 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
