Shihuajian reclamation farm of Yifeng county is located in the northwest of the county. Most of its units are distributed in Huanggang Township and cheshang forest farm. The site is located in wujianao, Huanggang, 37 kilometers away from the county. Guanshan forest farm has 11 production teams in lishuao, lijiawu, Xihe, zhujiaping, tuibai, Xujia, shangkeng, zhuwoli, Baoshi, Dingjia and maowanli. By the end of 2005, the whole farm had 3 branches, 1 forest farm and 35 production teams, with a total population of 4723 people and 2094 households.

Historical change

In December 1957, 16 cadres of county organs went to Guyang village, Tanshan town to raise Jianguo camp. In January of the next year, 79 cadres of county organs were transferred to the farm. In September 1958, it was merged with Shiqiao township to form guyangzhai branch of state-owned huanggangshan reclamation farm. Guyangzhai forest farm was established in August 1960. In July 1961, the scale of the reclamation farm was adjusted. The scope of guyangzhai forest farm was under the jurisdiction of huanggangshan comprehensive reclamation farm. The hongyuancao branch and shihuajian forest farm of the former huanggangshan reclamation farm established in 1958 were under the management of guyangzhai forest farm. The site was moved to wujianao, Huanggang, and renamed shihuajian comprehensive reclamation farm. In August 1964, the two fields were changed into separate fields. The new fields were Aoxi, Dongshang, guihuaqiao, Guanshan forest farm and taiyangling medicine farm. In 1985, shihuajian township was established, with two brands of shihuajian farm and one set of people. In March 1994, the farm was put under the management of shihuajian. In September 2003, shihuajian township was abolished and shihuajian farm was reserved.

Shihuajian branch has seven production teams: Tashi, xiongjialing, yangliutan, Gaokeng, huangjiakeng, taoshuwo and aozili. Hongyuancao has 11 production teams in shishiling, shizishi, Jiangshan, Huangtuling, shijingshang, Zhenxia, xiaoguoshan, Laoshan, daiyoucao, shangdaobeikeng and mudoucao. Taxia branch has 6 production teams, including immigration team 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.

Economic overview

There are 2752 mu of cultivated land and 205.5 mu of dry land. Most of the site is located in mountainous area with an area of 53610 mu. Rich in forestry resources, rich in wood, bamboo, winter shoots. The timber volume is 466162 cubic meters, of which the volume of Cunninghamia lanceolata ranks first in the county, and the volume of living bamboo is 3127959. High quality rice is the main agricultural product, and hybrid rice and tea are important products. In 2005, the total output value of the whole farm was 22.07 million yuan, including 11.35 million yuan for industry, 2.06 million yuan for agriculture and 4.82 million yuan for forestry. The fiscal revenue is 757000 yuan, and the per capita net income is 2760 yuan. Since 1986, a large number of enterprises have been established, including wood carving factory, plastic factory, building materials factory, fireworks factory, beverage factory, No.2 porcelain factory, No.3 porcelain factory, No.4 porcelain factory, Guangming porcelain factory, Yangguang porcelain factory (Jingyu porcelain factory), the third production line of paper mill, No.3 construction company, Chengxi gas station, Jiuling bamboo plywood Co., Ltd., Guanshan Bamboo Industry Co., Ltd. With the establishment of market economy system, a number of enterprises are closed, stopped, merged, transferred or auctioned in the competition. The industrial enterprises on the site mainly include porcelain factory, paper mill, bamboo plywood factory, bamboo floor factory, hydropower station, chemical plant, etc. the main machinery and equipment are: two automatic production lines for papermaking, two production lines for bamboo plywood, one production line for bamboo flooring, 10 sets of hydro generators, 3200kW. There are two daily ceramic production lines.
