Xinglian Township, subordinate to Xingguo County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, is located in the northeast of Xingguo County, 42 kilometers away from the county seat. It has a total area of 104 square kilometers, 8 administrative villages and 126 villager groups under its jurisdiction. Historical evolution

In 1958, it belonged to Dongcun commune; in 1961, it was divided into Liantang commune; in 1965, Liantang commune was merged into Dongcun commune; on May 15, 1984, Dongcun commune was changed into Dongcun Township and Xinglian township was separated.
