Location area

Xindian town is located in the southwest of Luoyang City, adjacent to the urban area in the East, Luohe River in the south, Yiyang County in the West and sunqitun Township in the north.

Economic overview

In 2004, the gross domestic product of the whole town was 264.98 million yuan, the annual accumulated fiscal revenue was more than 5.94 million yuan (new system), the per capita net income was 2598 yuan, and the comprehensive economic strength ranked 26th among 157 townships in the city.

Daying village is located in the west of Xindian Town, south of Luoyi road. It has a total population of 1424 and a total area of 3015.3 mu, including 1275 mu of cultivated land. The village is divided into seven villager groups with 56 party members and 6 cadres of the two committees. At present, there are one large-scale dairy farming community and one pollution-free vegetable base, and the per capita net income of farmers is 4133 yuan.

The village is flat and open, with convenient transportation, sound leadership of the village's two committees, unity of team members, strong sense of entrepreneurship, harmonious relationship between cadres and the masses, stable social situation, and traditional advantages of vegetable planting. In 2006, the village was designated as the first batch of new rural construction demonstration villages. In 2007, Luoyang Green Earth Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. was introduced into the village, with an investment of more than 1.4 million yuan in the first phase, and a pollution-free vegetable base covering an area of more than 60 mu with seven large-scale solar greenhouses was built; 150 mu is planned to be developed in the second phase, which is under preparation.
