Furong street, founded on August 18, 2014, is located at the node of the strategic planning of extending north to West in Changde City. The street is adjacent to Furong Road in the East, Baimahu street in the south, Yuanshui River and Danzhou Township in the south, Yuanshui River in the west, Renmin Road, Taohuayuan road and Dongting Avenue in the north, Hefu town and Changgeng street. Among them, South China community is located on Hefu mountain in the West of Changde City.

Furong street, with an administrative area of 15.5 square kilometers, is the largest street in Wuling district. The street has a total population of more than 33000 people and 1423 party members. It governs 9 communities, including crossroads, South China, Furong (family Committee nature), xiangjiapu, Xinhe, Yanping, Huishi, Gaosi and Zeyuan (in January 2016, Yanping, Gaosi, Zeyuan and Huishi completed the work of village housing reform). The area mainly includes Danxi Road, Jindan Road, Taohuayuan Road, Changgeng Road, Furong Road, Dongting Avenue, Renmin Road, Zhuye Road, Gaosi road and Yuan'an Road, with lime, Gaosi and Zeyuan as the key planning areas.
