Tianbu Township

Tianbu Township, subordinate to Ningdu County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, is located in the southeast of Ningdu County, with Tianbu and Matou polders. The Township People's government is located in Tianbu polder, 38 kilometers away from the county. The total area is 165.40 square kilometers (2018), the registered residence population is 27031 (2018), 1 communities and 11 administrative villages (2019). There is a thousand year old Hakka village, Donglong village.

In 2018, Tianbu Township had 16 industrial enterprises and 6 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Historical evolution

Before the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belongs to Matian township.

Liberated in September 1949, it belongs to Matian Township, the fourth district.

In 1950, it was changed to Tianbu township.

In 1961, Tianbu commune was established.

In 1984, the township was rebuilt.

In 1997, Tianbu Township governed 16 administrative villages including Tianbu, Xiaogao, Jiulian, Wenming, Matou, Wangsha, Xiaoping, Yangxie, Shanjian, Donglong, Wucun, Jilong, wangshapai, Wuli, jinqianba and yangkeng. The township government was stationed in tianbuwei.

By 2019, there will be 1 community and 11 administrative villages: Liantang community, Tianbu village, Wucun village, Wuli Village, yangkeng village, qianjinba village, Matou village, Wangsha village, Donglong village, Jiulian village, Wenming village and longxia she village. The township government is stationed in tianbuwei.

Location context

Tianbu township is located in the southeast of Ningdu County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. It connects Xiaosong town and Qinjiang town of Shicheng County in the East, guhou Township in the west, Gucun town in the south, zhantian Township in the north and Huitong township. Tianbuwei, the township government's residence, is 38 kilometers away from the county seat. It covers an area of 165.40 square kilometers.

Tianbu Township belongs to the subtropical monsoon humid area. The climate is warm, with four distinct seasons, sufficient sunshine, abundant rainfall, long frost free period, no severe cold in winter and no severe heat in summer. It is suitable for the normal growth of subtropical crops. The annual average temperature is 18.9 ℃. Affected by altitude, longitude, latitude and topography, the temperature varies from place to place, generally lower in the north and higher in the south. But the difference is not big. The annual average sunshine duration is 1938.6 hours. The average annual precipitation is 1520 mm. The average final frost date is February 20 of the next year, the earliest is January 15, the latest is March 18. The average frost days are 15-20 days. It is obviously affected by monsoon. There are thunderstorms and Gales in autumn. In winter and spring, affected by the strong cold air in the north, the weather of gale and cooling often appears.

Tianbu township has formed an agricultural industry dominated by white lotus, mat grass, mushroom and tea. "Wuhua Yunwu Tea" is produced in Wuhua mountain, 1085 meters above sea level. In 1995, it won the silver award of the second China Agricultural Expo; in 2003, it was approved by China Green Food Development Center as AA level "green food" and organic food double certification, with a tea garden area of 600 mu. There are more than 130 advanced mat weaving machines, with an annual processing capacity of more than 1 million straw mats, and a planting area of 6000 mu. Tianbu white lotus planting area of more than 5000 mu. Matou village fruit base planting navel orange 500 mu, chestnut 200 mu, Huanghua pear 500 mu, Tianbu lishuba navel orange base area of 800 mu, in 2006 the introduction of field mushroom planting technology, field shed planting mushroom 36000 square meters.

Transportation

In Tianbu Township, there are Wuhua mountain and Ruri mountain, the thousand year old Buddhist resorts, Matou village, the hometown of Lai Jin, a talented woman from the south of the Yangtze River, longxia she village, the only she minority village in the county, and Donglong village, a thousand year old Hakka village.

Donglong Village

Donglong village was built in the fifth year of Qiande in the Northern Song Dynasty. There are "ten sceneries of Donglong" in the village, Wenfeng tower with a history of more than 500 years, and a hundred big houses which embody the traditional architectural concept of "people-oriented" and "unity of heaven and man". It has been listed as the key project and new rural construction demonstration site of Ningdu County in 2008. In 2013, it was rated as the second "Chinese traditional village", and was selected as the first batch of "beautiful village" pilot villages in China, the forestry culture ecological demonstration village in Jiangxi Province, and the leisure agriculture demonstration park in Jiangxi Province; in February 2014, it was rated as the Sixth Batch of Chinese historical and cultural villages. In 2018, Donglong village annals was selected into the cultural project of China's famous village annals. In 2018, it was rated as a national civilized village by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee.

Longxia she Village

Longxia she village was established in March 2006 with the approval of the people's Government of Ningdu county. It is the only minority village in Ningdu county.
