Shengying Town, Guangping County, Hebei Province, is located in the southwest of the county, 12.5 kilometers apart. Handan Daming and Guangping Shengying highways cross the border. Historical evolution

It used to be an enclave of Qiuxian County in Shandong Province. In 1371, it was divided into Guangping County in Zhili.
