Huli Street
It is a street under the jurisdiction of Huli District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province. Located in the north of Xiamen Island, it was born with Xiamen Special Economic Zone. It has a total area of 12 square kilometers, reaching Jiahe road in the East, Dongdu port area in the west, Hubin North Road in the South and shigu mountain in the north. Evolution of organizational system
In 282, Jin Taikang set up Tong'an County, which belonged to Jin'an county. It was soon abolished and merged into Nan'an county. It was not until more than 600 years later that the county system was set up again: in 933, Fujian was promoted to Tong'an County in the year of longqiyuan, and Quanzhou was set up again. In the 19th year of Zhengyuan (803) of Tang Dynasty, datongchang was set up in the southwest of Nan'an county. In the second year of Guangqi (886), Wang Chao conquered Quanzhou as the governor. In 947, min state was exterminated in Nan'an County, and Tong'an was ruled by Wang Chao and min state, which lasted for 61 years. In 909, the first year of Kaiping, Wang Shenzhi was the king of Fujian. He established the state of Fujian, with Fuzhou as its capital and Datong Chang as its jurisdiction. In 949, the Southern Tang Dynasty promoted Quanzhou to Qingyuan Army (jurisdiction of Quanzhou, Putian, Zhangzhou). In 963, the Song Dynasty changed the Qingyuan army into the Ping Navy, with Chen Hongjin as the governor and Tong'an County as the Ping Navy. In 978, Chen Hongjin took over the land of Song Dynasty, and Tong'an county took over the land of Song Dynasty with the Pinghai Navy. In the same year, song Fuping's navy was Quanzhou. Song belonged to the Navy and Quanzhou. Yuan belongs to Quanzhou road. Ming Dynasty belongs to Quanzhou Prefecture. In 1387, the city of Xiamen was built, which means the gate of the national building. Since then, the name of Xiamen has been listed in the annals of history.
Volume 33 of Shengzu Shilu and volume 20 of Qianlong's Fujian Tongzhi: in April of the ninth year of Kangxi, Xingquan road was set up in 1670, leading Xinghua and Quanzhou. Kangxi 25 years (1686) to Quanzhou coast defense Tongzhi change in Xiamen. Shi Zong Shi Lu (Volume 53): in 1727 ad, he moved to Xingquan and ruled in Xiamen Hall of Quanzhou Prefecture. Since the Qing Dynasty, it was restored to be subordinate to Fujian Xingquan Yongdao. In 1684, there was taixia bingbei road under the jurisdiction of Xingquan road in the 23rd year of Kangxi. In 1686, there was Xiamen hall under the jurisdiction of Quanzhou Coastal Defense. In 1727, it belonged to Xingquan Yongdao. Xingquan Yongdao governed Quanzhou, Putian, Xiamen, Yongchun and Datian counties. Daotai moved to Xiamen from Quanzhou.
In the first year of the Republic of China (1912), the government removed the government and changed the name of Xingquan Yongdao to Nanlu Dao. In the third year of the Republic of China, it was changed to Xiamen Dao, which governed Xiamen, Putian, Quanzhou and Datian counties.
In April 1912, jiaheli, Suide Township, Tong'an County, was designated as Siming county. In September, Siming Prefecture was promoted and abolished. In 1933, the people's revolutionary government of the people's Republic of China (Fujian people's Government) established Xiamen special city. Xiamen city was established and subordinate to Xingquan Province, which governs Quanzhou, Putian and Xiamen today. After the failure of the "Fujian change" in January of the next year, Xiamen special municipal government and Xingquan province were abolished and Xiamen city was established Siming county and Tong'an county were both directly under the jurisdiction of Fujian provincial government. In 1934, Tong'an and Siming counties belonged to the fifth administrative supervision district (stationed in Tong'an). In April 1935, Xiamen city was set up on seven islands, including Xiamen and Gulangyu. Siming county was abolished, and Heshan special district was set up. Tongan County belonged to the fourth administrative supervision district (stationed in Tong'an, governing today's Quanzhou, Putian and Xiamen). From May 1938 to September 1945, Xiamen city was occupied. In October 1945, Xiamen city system was restored, and the center was set up (later changed to Siming) )Kaiyuan, Gulangyu and Heshan are under the jurisdiction of Fujian provincial government. In 1946, it was the central district office. In 1943, the national government of Fujian Province ordered the withdrawal of districts, the establishment of townships, and the consolidation of townships. In the late September of 1949, it was under the jurisdiction of the fifth administrative inspector general's office of Fujian Province, Xiamen city. Tongan county was under the jurisdiction of the fifth special district of Fujian Province (renamed Quanzhou special district and Jinjiang special district in 1950). Xiamen was a city under the jurisdiction of Fujian Province. Later, it was transferred to Xiamen. In October 1950, five districts were set up in Xiamen, including Kaiyuan, Siming, Gulangyu, Xiagang (later abandoned) and Heshan.
It was set up in 1981 and originally belonged to Kaiyuan District. In 1989, it was assigned to Huli district. In 1997, with an area of 10.8 square kilometers and a population of 32000, it has jurisdiction over 20 neighborhood committees including Huli, Cunli, Huachang, Nanshan, Xinghu, xucuo, Houpu, Tangbian, Kangxiang, Kangtai, Kangsheng, Kanghui, haotou, Jinding, Dongdu, Donggang, Dongrong, Donghui, Dongxing and Guanren.
In 2004, it has jurisdiction over 14 communities: Huli, Cunli, xucuo, haotou, Dongdu, Tangbian, Houpu, Jinding, Nanshan, Kangle, Kanghui, Yijing, Hetong and Xingang.
