Guiji is located 12 kilometers northwest of Fengtai County, covering an area of 66.43 square kilometers (2017), with a population of 44632 (2017), cultivated land of 48000 mu, 14 villages and 5 communities. Provincial Highway Fengli highway, Fengmeng highway and fuhuai railway pass through the territory, with convenient land transportation. Adjacent to the national large power plant Fengtai Power Plant located in Guqiao town and Guqiao Mine, the largest coal mine in Asia, the pattern of South power and North coal is formed.
