Xinxin Street

Xinxin street is located in the southeast of Quzhou City in the west of Zhejiang Province. It belongs to Kecheng District, reaching Zhejiang Jiangxi railway in the north, Wuxijiang in the East, quhua road in the West and Huancheng South Road in the south. With a total area of 8 square kilometers, it is the "gateway and entrance" to Quzhou City. It is surrounded by Xin'an street, Fushan street, Hehua street, Huayuan street, Shishi Township and Zhangtan street in Qujiang District. It governs four communities, namely Sanqu, Jingui, Caihong and Yangpu, and 11 village committees, namely yangjiatianpu, shi5tianpu, Guanzhuang, Baisha, shangmiao, Jianxin, donggeng, Daijia, tongcundui, Houyi and Xiaonanmen. The office is located in Guanzhuang village. Xinxin street is based on the principle of regional concentration, convenient service management, resource integration and residents' autonomy. The scale of the original six communities in the built-up area of the development zone within the jurisdiction has been adjusted, and four communities, Jingui, Yangpu, Sanqu and Caihong, have been set up. The average area of each community is 1.2 square kilometers, the number of households is 3686 (the total number of planned households is 6250), and the staff of the neighborhood committee is 4.5, which effectively integrates the community resources. The whole process of adjustment and connection was smooth and rapid. It took only three days from the mobilization meeting to the handover. For the first time, the "two-way selection" mode was introduced into the post arrangement of community workers, and the 10% difference rate was adopted to create a competitive incentive atmosphere. The original 20 community workers were reduced to 18 through competition.
