Established in 1956, it has jurisdiction over 14 neighborhood committees, including Renmin West Road, Renshen lane, dagaoqiao, public dock, xiaogaoqiao, houya lane, Chengliang bridge, Chan street, sanpaifang, Dashimen, laifumen, songtaishan, zhangfuji and renzhaiqian. It was abolished in 2001, and its jurisdiction was divided into Wuma street and Lianchi Street respectively.

Original Lianchi Street

It was established in 2001. It covers an area of 3.56 square kilometers and has a population of 47700. It has jurisdiction over 11 communities: guogongshan community, xuyaxiang community, Mahang community, Pifang community, qingnianfang community, dingziqiao community, jiaoxiangxiang community, zhangfuji community, songtaishan community, laifumen community and banyaoqiao community; and one village: Songtai village. It was abolished in 2011 and merged with Shuixin street and Guanghua Street into a new Songtai street.

Shuishuixin Street

It was established in 2001. It has jurisdiction over 13 communities including Songbai, guigan, Changsheng, Xizhan, xinghuatang, huatantou, qingmingqiao, Changming, geanlu, Chahua, Fenghua, Lingou and Taoli, and 2 administrative villages including Shuixin and Jiushan. The office is located in qingmingqiao new village. It was abolished in 2011 and merged with Lianchi street and Guanghua Street to form a new Songtai street.

Former Guanghua Street

It was established in 2001. It covers an area of 4.1 square kilometers and has a population of 33000 (at the end of 2008). Jurisdiction puqiao, Cuiwei new village, Jishan, Jinzhai, Jixin, Yuehu, Dasuo, Jiaochang, tetao, Shuangle, Heping Road 11 communities, Shuangqiao 1 administrative village. The office is located in xinqiaotou residential area. It was abolished in 2011 and merged with Lianchi street and Shuixin street to form a new Songtai street.
