History of construction
On September 14, 1961, wangbinggou commune was established.
On September 17, 1983, wangbinggou commune was transformed into a township.
On July 21, 2010, the township was changed into Wangbin street.
In 2019, Yongsheng Street will be abolished and nine administrative villages under its jurisdiction, namely Yongsheng, hongtaigou, Yuqiao, qiankangjia, houkangjia, Yusheng, Panli, jindesheng and dongbaoshan, will be included in Wangbin street.
