Dongbatou farm belongs to Jiangsu Agricultural Reclamation group company, which is located in Dafeng District of Yancheng City on the coast of the Yellow Sea. It is adjacent to Dafeng port in the East, national Milu reserve in the south, 15km away from the center of Dafeng District in the west, Haifeng farm in Shanghai across the river in the north, Wangda highway and Ermao Youhe river across the site.

Dongbatou farm covers an area of nearly 20000 mu, including 13000 mu of cultivated land. In recent years, rice and wheat seed production has been mainly carried out in the form of "joint-stock action backbone taking the lead and joint household contracting", with the annual production and sales of nearly 15 million jin of Sanmai and rice seeds. The farm has three management areas and a community, 12 private enterprises and 2 farm holding enterprises, with nearly 2000 employees. In agriculture, a standardized seed production base has been built; in industry, there are mainly processing and manufacturing, powder metallurgy, cutting wheel, clothing production, mechanical casting, high-quality lint, etc.; in the third industry, there are catering services, material supply, medical and health care, radio and television, etc. In the past two years, the farm's work has been among the best in Jiangsu reclamation area. At present, the land leasing form of "joint-stock action backbone leading, joint household contracting" is named "Dongbatou mode" by Jiangsu Agricultural Reclamation group company, and is promoted in the whole Jiangsu reclamation area.

Over the past few years, the farm has increased investment in infrastructure, focused on the transformation of production and living environment, successively invested more than 20 million yuan, built more than 20 kilometers of high standard anti-seepage canal, realized the anti-seepage irrigation of all land, and invested nearly 10 million yuan at the same time, accelerated the internal road construction of the farm. 100% seed production, 100% order production, 100% non muddy road, 100% anti-seepage irrigation and 100% farmland forest network have been realized. At the same time of accelerating economic development, efforts have been made to improve the quality of life of employees.
