Xinhe County Xinhe County, belonging to Aksu region of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the southwest of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Historical evolution

In the second year of shenjue (AD 60) of the Western Han Dynasty, Duhufu of the western regions was established, and Xinhe was subordinate to Duhufu of the western regions.

In the 17th year of Yongping (AD 74) of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the capital of the western regions was re established in the city of taqian, kuizi.
