Some leaders confuse the establishment of intimate feelings with subordinates and the error of accommodation, and blindly accommodate some unreasonable or even unreasonable demands of subordinates, replacing principles with feelings, so as to vulgarize pure feelings. In fact, this is a misunderstanding for subordinates, which is not good for work and subordinates.

Leaders should also follow the principle of fairness when praising subordinates. Everyone in the company should have equal opportunities.
