Artificial respiration
Artificial respiration is often used to rescue patients with various respiratory arrest. The main points are as follows:
(1) Make the patient lie on his back and protrude his chin to ensure smooth airway.
(2) Hold the patient's nostrils tightly with your hands, and the first-aid person takes a deep breath, and then blows into the patient's mouth until the upper chest bulges.
(3) Let go of the patient's mouth and nose, take advantage of the elastic return function of the patient's chest and abdominal wall, and the gas will naturally exhale from the lungs.
(4) This repeated, in 1 minute, can do 12 to 16 times of artificial respiration.
When the patient's heart stops beating at the same time, they can use the external chest cardiac compression method together. Press the heart 15 times for every 2 breaths.
