It turns out that the leader is very happy because he has finally convinced his subordinates, so he may not care about their attitude.

Sometimes, subordinates finally prove their correctness. When they are happy, they find that the leader is not happy. The sign of unhappiness is that leaders will say, "anyway, you still have some shortcomings!" Or: "in any case, it can be done perfectly!"

Therefore, when pleading with leaders, we must pay attention to the ways and occasions. As long as it is not a big problem of principle, we must save face for leaders and consider the authority they need in their work. Even the necessary defense should be gentle and calm.
