What can be done more smoothly with leaders

It is reasonable to say that the personal affairs of employees are not within the scope of the leadership's responsibility, and they can be ignored. But in terms of emotion, because of the relationship between the superior and the subordinate, leaders can intervene and help with some things. Between the two, it is necessary to master certain skills to make leaders willing to solve their urgent problems.

Generally speaking, if subordinates come to their superiors for the following matters, the leaders will generally give help out of concern for the interests of employees.

(1) Work related interests: these interests include job transfer, promotion, salary increase, house distribution, mediating conflicts with colleagues, calming down some statements that are not conducive to their own development, and so on. It can be said that to some extent, leaders have the right to speak, so it is very right and proper to find leaders.

(2) Interests related to social life: This includes borrowing, trading, mediating various disputes, participating in the coordination of weddings and funerals, etc. In doing such things, the superior may not directly appear and exercise power, but sometimes their indirect activities are very effective.

(3) Family related interests: These include finding jobs for children, helping the wife transfer jobs, helping a relative to settle for a job, and so on. We can also consider asking leaders to help deal with those things that we can't do but let leaders show their ability.
