Raw materials for making fresh tofu:

Bean curd 200 grams; lean pork 10 grams; green beans 10 grams; ginger 1 small piece

Processing steps of fresh tofu:

1. Cut tofu into thick slices, thin pork into mince, ginger peeled and minced;
